    Xbox one refuses to sync to cloud


    I have been experiencing some crippling problems with Xbox one since the preview program forced the new dashboard on me several weeks ago. Problems such as - randomly kicking me from online matchmaking, kicking me from chat without notification, failing
    to sync with cloud on game startup and so on.

    All if that has been horribly intensified over the last week as I could hardly stay in a party chat do to the instability and have been more frequently kicked from games online. For 3 days now my system has refused to sync to the cloud. I tried everything
    I knew the support staff would tell me. I hard reset my Xbox numerous times even unplugging the console for several minutes. I did the same to my modem and router just to eliminate them as a possible source of the problem.

    At a complete loss, I called Xbox support and after going through the paces I was instructed to delete my profile from my console, hard reset my console and the recover my account. My account is now on my system in name only. The entire profile on my system
    is glitched out as though it's only partially there.

    When that failed to solve the problem I was instructed to clear my saved data from my console. Despite my apprehension , I did as instructed and still no fix... Now I can't use my console because my profile is glitched out and I have no saves to continue...
    Even when I get my saves back I'll have lost several days of progress... Thank god black Friday is right around the corner. I'll be getting a ps4 and playing it. Microsoft's timing on this was perfect for helping me decide which system is more stable and reliable.
    Though I'll still play xbox... After all the problems I've had over the last year... I'll not be using anything Xbox related unless I desperately need to.

    Xbox has been "working" on this for at least 24 hours with no results. It is only now that I truly understand what is meant by "Monkeys and Typewriters"

    Just to make sue I understand...Are you connected online?

    The Xbox One will automatically sync your saves to the cloud unless you're not online...with the latest save.

    Per the link below or in your own words....what happened to the save?

    support.xbox.com/.../manage-cloud-saves

    -Error: “We couldn’t sync your info with the cloud.”

    -Error: “Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud.”

    -Message: “Which one do you want to use?”

    -Error: ”We can’t save additional info for…”

    Same thing happend to me today. Deleted my profile on my Xbox and now it's just a buggy mess. Says my gamerscore is 0 etc. And all games tell me to start "a New game", even though I was on 64% on Tomb raider. But the console won't sync my save files.
