    Xbox One Refuses To Log Into My Account


    I have had no problems with my account at all until a few minutes ago. I know for a fact my live is paid for and my internet is fine my One refuses to log into my account which it is set to auto. I turn it on and it says Sorry log in with controller, I try
    that, pick an account, click my gamertag it attempts to and has a weird glitch like it refuses to do it and goes back to pick an account. I have hard reset. I logged onto my 360 and that worked. It should also be noted that I did not have any troubles logging
    in earlier. Any help is appreciated.

    MY ACCOUNT WONT LOG IN!

    My account will simply just not login to my xbox one, it keeps loading and loading. I waited an hour and still nothing happens. It keeps loading, and I can still log into other accounts on my xbox and this account logs into Microsoft and xbox.com but doesn't
    log into my actual xbox.

    Live Account over 360 and Xbox One

    With the xbox one your account will be in the cloud so you just log onto your account on there xbox one and you can then use all your games as well

    I'm having this exact same problem. My account on the web says the game is already purchased (used the code from the xbox one bundle), but the store in the console itself says Buy for $59.99. Everything else WORKS, and I am definitely logged in via the console.
    It just refuses to play the game.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm on Windows 10. I've restarted the game a few times, but it just refuses to cooperate while I'm logged in on my Microsoft account. There was no problem before I logged on.

    I just logged into my Xbox 360 this morning and it refuses to go through to Xbox Live. I've tried all the "suggestions" and it honestly hasn't helped; but it's good to know I'm not the only one with this issue.

    Do note; I played on my Xbox lastnight just fine, no connection problems. Today however it's a complete crap fest; can't get on my account but I can get here.
