Xbox one refund policy

Could you tell me more about the refund policy one?

Read the previous post for the link as that's the correct one

You can't use the Xbox store for refunds

As mentioned 2 hours is beyond the refund policy

Also abusing. The refund policy isn't recommended as people learned the hard way

Refund page.doesn't have your game graphics

Its a transaction page thats how I know you aren't on the right page

What you clicked on is the game itself

You can't buy the game on xbox network for pc only the the xbox version

Not sure if you used Xbox store or call of duty.com which follows activision/battlenet refund policy

For.xbox purchase you must do it on the previous linkif pc you have to deal with the stoee you bought it from like battlenet or steam

I can't really rework the refund team. And the policy has been the same from the beginning if I recall, some minor changes, but not to the policy itself. If you got a refund back in 2018 it's because you met the requirements for that purchase, and unfortunately this one didn't. Unless you were wrongfully denied based on the policy, there isn't much that can be done.

Otherwise, the policy is based on you, the user, and your interaction with the game.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on a refund. There are many factors to refunds that the refund team takes into consideration. Here is a Paragraph from the

digital refund terms.

All sales of Digital Game Products are considered final, but we understand there may be extenuating circumstances. When you request a refund for these products, and depending on the purchase or content
type in determining refund eligibility, we consider a variety of factors like time since date of purchase, time since release, and use of the product.

Also any previous refunds are taken into account. I know it is under 2 hours of use on the product.
