    When I record something pretty cool to me on my Xbox, it records what it wants to records and how long it wants. For example, recently like 30 minutes ago, I had an awesome gameplay and I want to record as much as possible. I look, it said 5 minutes, I
    chose that but when it came up to be 7 seconds. This is not the first time, this has been going on for a while and it pisses me off sometimes. Just wanted to know if there is a reason for it and how to fix it.

    Xbox One: HDMI In & DVR + Xbox 360

    Xbox one does not record anything coming in thru the HDMI in port....it only records actual xbox one gameplay.

    Cant stream xbox one guide to my pc anymore

    I use one guide to stream other consoles to my pc using the xbox console companion then use recording software to record them and I was not trying to record live tv using one guide to copy tv shows I use one guide so I can record my other game consoles
    because I dont have a hdmi recorder xbox one guide is the only way for me to record my other consoles.

    Yeah but the thing is I want to record Xbox 360 gameplay so that's basically the same as recording Xbox One gameplay so that not like record TV shows or DVD's.

    For number 1, depends on the resolution that you want to record clips.

    On Xbox One X you can record up to 30 seconds on 4K, but when posted, they will we downgraded to 1080p.

    On Xbox One S you can record up to 2 minutes on 1080p.

    On Xbox you can record up to 15 minutes on 780p.

    On the games that can't be recorded, we're yet to find if there is such list.
