  1. Xbox one - recently used apps not populating on the home screen

All my recently used apps have disappeared off the Home screen. All I have on the Home screen is an icon for Quick Tips and marketing offers. I have shut down the Xbox and rebooted. No change. How do I get my recent apps back on the Home screen?

    :)

My name is Fernando I'm an independent consultant, I'm happy to help

These steps may help in this case: Press and hold the Xbox  button on your controller.
    Select Restart Console > Restart.
After restarting, try starting the app again.
Note If the console appears frozen, press and hold the Xbox  button on the console for about 10 seconds until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, tap the Xbox  button on the console again to restart. Try starting the app again. Clear Cache: Press the Xbox button on the controller.
Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”.
Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray".
    Select "Persistent Storage".
Select "Clear Persistent Storage". (Note) Clearing the cache removes all game updates already downloaded. You will need to download these updates again the next time you play the game.

I hope I helped and see you soon.

GAMES NOT DISPLAYED ON HOME SCREEN

The games and apps displayed on your home screen are the 4 most recently used ones. I have a feeling it was a recently played game before you used the Netflix app, however, if it wasn't one of the 4 recently played things then it'll disappear off of the
home screen and you'll need to pull it up from your games and apps again.

Alternatively, by pressing the start button to pull up the Xbox menu for a specific thing you can pin it to your home screen by scrolling down a little bit.

If the tiles are truly missing you could try to hard restart the console or do a soft factory reset. If any other problems persist outside of what the perceived problem could be you may want to contact support.

Cant run or access any games or apps

My experience is similar. I try to load up a game and the initial game screen loads but then it just goes back to the home screen. When I open Games and Apps, it just spins forever, and it never shows the number of "games", "apps", "ready to install", or
"updates". However "memberships" populates just fine. My cable company "Spectrum" has an app and i'm able to watch TV using that App, but "CrunchyRoll" app never loads. Lastly, if I try to go to Settings > System > Storage, the menu freezes. I have to use
the home button to go home and quit the "Settings" app.
