Discus and support XBox One "recent apps" don't update - stuck on the apps from weeks ago in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there a way to clear this cache?     XBox One "recent apps" don't update - stuck on the apps from weeks ago


    Is there a way to clear this cache? Is there a way to hard reset the XB1?

    I don't use apps right now, don't plan on using them either. So for me activity will display correctly. But I do think it's really annoying seeing empty tiles for others, I don't care what apps others use, I just want to see the games.

    The Xbox app on Android is not broken. It just recently got an update for it a few weeks ago. The app works fine on my phone. It must be a problem with your phone or your phone network.

    Same problem here. It seems that the issue happens after the recent update of the game.

    Hopefully they will provide a new update as a patch to fix the issue.
    I don't think it has anything to do with a recent update. I cannot receive automatic updates from the App Store. I must manually turn my firewall COMPLETELY off (hurray security!) and then Check for Updates in the Microsoft App Store manually. I have not updated
    the Mahjong App since it was installed weeks ago. This appears to be an issue with syncing data from the Star Club part of the game that pushes the daily challenges from some other source.
