    Mine was going back to dashboard on cod an dead rising Nov/Dec done it maybe twice since then half an hour ago metal gear froze then the console shut down Xbox One reboots after getting ingame :( Again it looks like We the public are Product testing Another Console Xbox One reboots after getting ingame :(

    Ok my Xbox is not shutting off but when I choose to play killer instinct or crimson dragon the game shows the game company logos then backs out and goes to dash bored anyone have this issue????

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug all cables from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps?

    Hi there,

    I don't personally remember the last time I've seen this type of problem reported. It could potentially be a problem with your Xbox.

    When you turn on your Xbox, can you hear the fan spinning? When you start a game, does your console feel hot, or can you feel a cool breeze coming out of it?

    Have you tried a factory reset of your Xbox to attempt to clear any bugs or errors in the operating system?

    after seeing some of the post here ive had 2 problems happen first where after a couple of hours playing then switching between the game and achievement app the xbox crashes and blank screens and not even soft reset works i have to unplug it for 30 mins
    before it works again this happens 2-3 times in a day and tonight it reset itself while playing fifa 14....was told i can have a replacement at the cost of £392 and a 2 week bar on my bank account until they get the naffed one not exactly my option as im disabled
    and pay for my careers so i get told to go the free route with takes about 3 weeks to get whatever they have to send then 3 weeks for my replacement

    S4BREWULF I had the same thing happen to me just now. I simply removed the disc, turned the console off, and unplugged the power cord from the back of the console and it started working properly again.

    Reset worked like a charm...this morning, the system would restart in ANY loading screen, disc game or app and, my controller would not respond at all, I installed brand new batteries, paired it I don't know how many times and still, nothing. I tried the
    reset and, everything in the world is right again. Thanks a lot man.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Keeps rebooting, sometimes I get to the main menu, but not for long before it reboots! Been doing this for over 2 hours now. Thought maybe it was because i was installing so much stuff, but i can't even get to the page to
    stop it!
