    Xbox One Realm Issue.


    I've purchased a 10 player Minecraft Xbox one, realm, been charged but its not showed up, anyone know how to fix this?

    Minecraft Realms suscription was paid but it didn't renew.

    I have this issue but times 4! I got charged as if I have 4 realms but just my one realm is inactive. But anywhere in my subscriptions I only have one realm and that one says expired.

    That's perfect then, please remove and re-add your account, Mark.

    " REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

    2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

    3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

    4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept. ​​​

    5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

    Hi Mark, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    First, make sure that it's showing up on your Microsoft account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/services.

    Once confirmed, perform a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    Thank you for contacting Forum support.

    Sorry to hear there is an issue launching Minecraft online. Just to let you know you won’t have access to Realms while using a Beta version of Minecraft on an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer.
