Xbox One - "ready to install" games are not appearing at all

Hello, in my games and apps section of my xbox one, my "ready to install" games have not been appearing for weeks ow and would like to know if anyone has a solution.

P.S am unable o hard reset as power button on console no longer works properly.

So all the games in my ready to install list are not appearing at all. which was a lot of games and I don't know what happened to them.

Sorry i typed one of the threads wrong. I was meant to say that the games are not appearing in the ready to install section and what i should do about it?

 

Hi, it may be those games are hidden, if you go into the ready to install section and then press and hold LB and RB and press X once do those items appear at all ?

 

You can still do a reset, bring up the guide, move to the settings icon, and select restart console. That is similar to a hard reset.

 

Have already done the restart from the xbox menu but nothing has worked, do I need to take it in and get it fixed?

I would recommend a soft reset to your console. Make sure to remember the email and password used with the account.

It is possible to check on the Xbox One by going to System >
Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & Passkey. Under "Show on Home" it will show the email that is connected to the gamertag.
