    XBOX ONE - 'read save device' stuck...


    So all was good with my COD - AW and then today after saving it last night, it appeared to have locked up during the 'reading save device' process. I pulled it out and tried a couple other games and nothing will get past the main menu. I can't load anything...

    Any help is appreciated...

    Can't read save device?

    Ok so I have never had this happen before. I bought the new COD and played it for a few days, multiplayer and campagin. Well I had no issues with it until I beat the game. After the finishing credits it took me to a screen where it said reading save device.
    It stayed there for about an hour until I turned the console off. I turned it back on and tried to get back on the game but it wont load it freezes o the loading screen. I tried quitting and everything. The only thing that works is when im not logged into
    my xbox account. But when I get into the game and start playing and try to log on it gets stuck on "reading save device" again.

    Advanced warfare not working.

    Hey, I read another thread that mentions unplugging the Xbox and then restarting it. Especially if you are getting read save device and it won't go past that screen. Hope it works and Happy New Year!

    Im having the same problem right now. Did you find any solution? I have it as a download it wont let me uninstall

    I can get full access to cod until i sign in. Once I sign in it will say reading save device and wont go away

    Apparently you have to unplug the power from the wall, somebody told me something about that's the only way to clear the cache? So I tried it and it worked for me.

    I had the same problem. Stuck on "Reading Save Device" after trying to sign in. I unplugged it from the wall while reading the message, "reading save device" and it worked when I re-plugged power and turned the system back on.
