    Xbox One randomly signing me out


    Hello

    So its been more than a week that my xbox randomly sign out my profil ( really angry when playing a game and they send you back to the menu ) , sometime its my internet (only my console, Tv and computer fine ) , seems a bit weird , if it was only internet
    it would be my internet provider problem but both.

    Account randomly signing me out

    Recently my Xbox One S has been randomly signing me out of my account. I have it set to instant sign in. Just now I turned my Xbox on and it immediately signed me out. I signed back in and, instantly, it signed me out. It did it 3 times I'm a row. I fully
    turned my Xbox off (held the button down for 10 seconds) and all is fine, for now. I pretty regularly turn it off this way, but this issue keeps cropping up.

    Sounds like it may be an issue with your connection. So that we can best help you out, can you share your detailed network statistics from under network settings? Also, do you happen to have a second Xbox One connected to your network? Some network hardware
    doesn't support multiple consoles which can lead to frequent disconnects.

    Theres only the xbox one who is connected to the network.

    Is the connection can log out my profil too ?

    i will contact my service provider too , just to be sure .

    After a day on WIFI, no logging out of my profil , or internet . So it must be a problem of my internet provider .

    Hey there.

    I'd say that it's probably your router that is the cause of the issue. Do you have quite a few devices connected? I had a similar issue with the router that Virgin supplied me a couple of years back. I think it was having trouble mainly when the IP lease
    expired and it had been reassigned. This was amplified after my children both got laptops and phones for Christmas. Since purchasing a Netgear Nighthawk though I've never had any such issue. The service provider routers are generally pretty cheap and will
    start to struggle with more than half a dozen devices attached. Especially when you hit peak times or you IP is reassigned.
