Xbox One randomly shutting off

(On an original Xbox One with the touch sensor)

For the past two weeks now I've had an issue with my Xbox randomly turning off. Depending on the game it'll either happen instantly (Warframe) or hours after playing when I think it's been fixed (Resident Evil Revelations). I've tried absolutely everything I could find without having to open it because I don't want to damage any of the parts inside by accident and I don't even know what's wrong with it. It's been in the same spot for the past 2 years, give or take, so placement isn't a problem for it. I blasted air into every vent I could find and I think I got all of the dust out, it still shuts off and did the same to the power brick and got the same results. I even did a reset of the console (kept games installed since it's pretty much any game I touch it does it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling Overwatch) and it still happens. Nothing I've tried has worked and there's no message about overheating showing up and nowhere in the notification settings did I find an option to even turn that off. The only thing I can think of is that it is overheating because the fan hasn't been getting loud like it normally does but when I get close to it I can hear it. Am I the only one that's had this issue? It's never done this before (minus Cold War on launch) and I haven't seen anyone else talking about it. I'm in the Insider program but I don't know if anything from that would make it turn off at almost set intervals on certain games.
