Xbox one randomly shutting off

My Xbox one keeps shutting off randomly, when it does this I have to reset to power brick in order for it to power on again. It's not overheating because I never get a warning saying that it is, sometime it will shut off even if it's cold

XBOX ONE SHUTTING OFF RANDOMLY

OK so, about a month ago my Xbox shut off randomly while I was playing Madden 16. Like completely off, as in the brick too and I had to unplug it for ten seconds and plug it back in to turn it on. Now whenever I play any game it does that and it really ****
me off because I have read across every forum and tried different fixes, yet none of them work and I really don't want to have to send it in.

Generally there isn't a warning if your Xbox One is overheating, it would shut off as it is currently doing. So that we can get you on the right track, please check out our

Xbox One Powering off Unexpectedly Troubleshooter and give all the provided steps there a try. Let us know how it goes

 

I have tried those options several times beforehand, none of them work
