Xbox One randomly shuts down.

    Xbox One randomly shuts down.


    When I go to turn on my xbox 1 it turns on and then immediately shuts off and doesn't give me a chance to do anything. Please Help!

    My Xbox one s will randomly shut down and its not even warm, why?

    Try a hard reset, hold the power button down for ten seconds or so. If that doesn't work call support.

    papercut73, the console was originally bought in the US and it is a US system so I suppose that's why Microsoft have said to send it to a US repair center. My best guess is that it's because a US system is a different region to an Indian system.
