    0x800706ba whenever i go into the xbox store on xb1s

    hey guys,

    since i got the xbox one s i encountered several issues with my console on a daylie basis.

    1. the xbox will randomly either crash and shut itself off or restart whenever i start any game (this happens randomly not always).

    2. whenever i go into the xbox store on the xb1s the dashboard will crash completely leaving me stranded on the xbox marketplace app with no way to return to the dashboard upon pressing the guide button or the b button i am presented with an error code.

    3. sometimes the microphone/headset will not be recognized by the xbox (unplugging/replugging does not work) this is fixed after a hardreset.

    hope i am not the only one still left with these issues on the one s...

    xbox slim restarts randomly

    okay well, my xbox slim (4gb/no hard drive) I've had it for about two months and it's been working perfectly until yesterday. It was fine all day but I brought it home from my girlfriend's house and after playing for about an hour it shut off. I thought
    maybe it was overheating but then I put a fan actually in front of it until it cooled down a little but then I plugged it back in and without turning it on manually it turned itself on and off again and it does that repeatedly if it's plugged in and I turned
    it off for the night, went to school the next day and when I came home I plugged it back in and it was still doing the same thing.

    The xbox is not the issue its the hard drive. In fact I even borrowed a friends to test my theory and I was right. The xbox did not restart again. So the question is this. Is there a way I can fix the hard drive or even transfer the information onto a new
    one or do I have to start from scratch?

    I bought my Xbox series x brand new from amazon and it was £500. I might try a solution though to see if I can fix it. It was working perfectly fine when I was playing with my controller with battires. Then I played with it via usb c and plugged the usb cable in to the console. It was still fine. But when I plugged in a nintendo usb c and put the plug in the wall that is when it started restarting. So I think if I play usb it won't restart anymore and if it does I will try to return it. Thank you for all your help.

    This wasn't happening yesterday. It just happened today in Fall Guys. It happened once in Tourist Bus Simulator but not as extreme as this. It is disappointing as I got this Xbox for a gift and it broke already. It wasn't happening when I was watching Youtube so it might only be Fall Guys.

    Where did you buy the cosole bro ? they might have sold you a one off faulty one ,you can always return it and get a exchange it ....
