Xbox One randomly hard rebooting itself and closing apps on its own

I've searched the threads and found many people with the same issues, mostly from months ago. However, I purchased my Xbox One in March and haven't had any issues until the last week or so. Randomly, the system will just turn itself off. Usually not,
but occasionally, when I turn it back on, it even goes through the whole green load screen like I did a hard reboot. And in the last couple of days, Netflix, Hulu Plus, Watch Dogs, and Titanfall have just closed and gone back to the home menu (I know Titanfall
is having its own issues right now, but this is separate).. And when I open them back up, they have to load all over again like they weren't just open two seconds ago.

Like I said, I've gone through a lot of the threads with advice on how to fix the issue and tried them all.. But Netflix just crashed on me again a couple minutes ago. Is this a wider issue? Has anyone heard that this is being addressed? Or is everyone dealing
with this just a freak occurrence?

same here....exact same issue. Tried rebooting, hard reboot, closing app restarting...nothing works

My disc drive continuously opens and closes, I can shut my console off and it will turn on by itself and the disc drive will start opening and closing on its own

 

I just started having this happen last week, now the game won't even start
