  1. Xbox One randomly Ejects Disc and returns again. Why cant support fix this

Let me start off by saying I have been with Xbox for over 10 years with console gaming and never had a issue with my console coming back still broken or defective. But after sending it off to Texas twice and it taking a month on average both times has aggravated
me to the point of switching to a inferior gaming consoles. My first time with this issue I talked to support on the phone and they sent my though the home help and reset routine and then sent it off for disk problem and I was told it was not correctly fixed
cause it was "Coded" wrong on the work order so the issue was not checked right. So on the second attempt I made sure to tell the service writer that said she would put it in notes so the repair person that worked on it would know what to look for. Yet thanks
to Microsoft as soon as it was plugged into a power outlet to enjoy a extremely priced console the problem still was there. I have now had a defective $500 dollar unit for 6 to 7 months and can still not get into a game cause it ejects and then eats the game
every 15-20 minutes. I would like to know at least two things from this. 1) Has anyone else had this problem? 2) And how can I Talk to somebody that can help me with my issue that doesn't just repeat me sending it back to Texas to see if they can help run
    out my warranty time.

    :)

    hello

Please follow these steps on the following support page to manually eject your disc from your Xbox One

  3. Console randomly ejecting disc

I have a halo edition Xbox One and it will randomly eject the disc while I'm playing, or if the console is off it will turn it on and do it. Has anyone else had this issue. If so is there anything that can be done to fix it

disc randomly became unreadable with error code 0x80004003

I fixed the issue btw. Here is what i did:

    • Eject the broken disc.

    • Put a disc that works in the Xbox and install its content.

    • Once it finishes installing Restart or Power Cycle the Xbox.

    • Eject the disc you have in the Xbox and put in the broken one again.

BEWARE! We had this issue from time to time but I did't think much of it because we download so many games. Two days ago just 5 days out of warranty our hard drive is completely frozen. For reference our Xbox would spit the disk out repeatedly and then it
would finally take it and load the game. Sometimes it would fail to read the disk all together. Then one day it we couldn't get it to return one of the games. Now it doesn't work at all. Junk.

Had the same issue with my son's console. After trying the steps via Customer Support was told to send the console in. Did this (18/10) but it appears that they decided to ship it back from Germany with the problem unresolved - was subsequently told that
the agent that hooked the repair had selected the wrong option from a drop down menu?, then told to send it back again (30/10). Finally received a replacement console on Friday. Sadly, this one is refurbished (not acceptable for personal circumstances) but
even it it was would have sent it back as it is srratched up and not a like for-like. condition as the one we had replaced. I am now waiting for this refurbished console to be collected by UPS under the Advance Exchange Programme (the quickes way to finally
    - hopefully - get this resolved once and for all but a hold has been placed on my account for over £300! I have to say I have been very disappointed with the service I have received in the last month by Xbox.com agents. Oh, com pension has been offered at
one month free Xbox Live which is utter nonsense - basically a direct replacement of what my son has lost whilst he has had no Xbox One for a month! So far! He is gutted to have missed out on so much - a pre-order game arrived a day early, not been able to
download any Games for Goldm lost out on FIFA Gold Packs which he should have claimed as I purchased him the Ultimate Edition, no access to any of the events, exclusive items that were available over the Halloween period, wait to start using the backwards
compatibility and, most importantly for him, he has lost his connection to his friends. He has "issues" and this is his only real means of communicating with friends of a similar age and interest via the chat and multiplayer games.

Been given no explanation as to what the issue is but was told by one rep that they'd not had this problem before which, having searched the Internet, is clearly untrue as there are many reports of the issue just like ours. In desperation, I posted a video
of what my son's console was doing on the UK Xbox Facebook page - no comment from tXbox on there either.
