Xbox One randomly dissconnects from internet on a ethernet connection.

I recently have been using ethernet connection on my Xbox One as my WiFi is terrible in my room. When running a 'Detialed network statistics' I get told my internet is good (350+ download). But when i get into a game, around every 10 minutes I'll
randomly be disconnection with a connection error message. I know this is my Xbox and not the game because when i back out of the game my Xbox can not load any adverts or any other network bassed features. Does anybody know what could be the issue? I know
it's not my internet provider as i also have ethernet connecting to my PC and never have an issue.

How to Connect Internet Cable directly to Xbox 360

Hi everybody.

So recently I've been experiencing a lot of lag on CoD, i.e, whenever I join a game I get 2-bar and 3-bar connections. So I decided to search for some solutions. I read somewhere that I can fix this problem by directly connecting my Xbox to the router using an Ethernet cable. Now the problem arises as I do not possess an Ethernet cable.
Currently, I have a cable through which Internet is supplied (It's a Fibrenet connection, which uses Optical Fibres for transmitting the Internet) and this cable is connected to a router which provides me WiFi.
I was wondering if I can connect my Internet Cable directly to the Xbox 360 without Ethernet cables.
(The cable looks exactly like an Ethernet cable so it can fit into the Ethernet jack of the Xbox, so that problem is covered.)

EDIT : I connected the Internet Cable to the Xbox but when I tested connection, It does not connect to Internet. Help

 

Xbox one ethernet help!

so i have an xbox one first gen. I have it connected to wifi and sometimes it just signes me out to the point i cant play anything on live because it says “connect to wifi”. Basically it dissconnects from wifi randomly. But multiple tomes while playing pubg.
So i got a wire to see if that would help and it wont even recongnize the ethernet. Someone help me without me having to reboot the system to factory

Yeah i still have the issue, I've hard reset my Xbox and everything. I really don't know the issue but i feel like I've tried everything

We understand that there is an issue with disconnections while connected through Ethernet.

If the steps above have been attempted, and no steps have resolved the issue, the port holding the Ethernet cord might be the cause to the situation.

This would mean the console might need to be repaired, which can be setup at our
Device Support Page or a callback may be scheduled with our
