Xbox one randomly disconnects me from live

Hello

I've had an xbox one for a while and this error I have keeps occurring. When playing games my xbox will disconnect from live and this means I get drawn out of the game, then one second later it asks me to reconnect to live and it can.

This is a weird problem because it only happens in multiplayer games and often only specific ones, titanfall occasionally does it but its mostly fine, call of duty ghosts and advanced warefare does it regularly however both are quick games so it usually
doesn't cause too many problems (though is still an unacceptable problem). I recently got evolve however and this glitch makes the game unplayable, any time in multiplayer match and 5 minutes in and It disconnects me. I havn't been able to play a full match
yet.Its clearly not a singular game problem as it spans several.

It never disconnects me while playing offline regardless of game (i'm still in parties a lot so i would know) , watching netflix or anything else even some online games such as dead rising.

This is not a network error, , my xbox 360 works fine with it - no problems. And again there is no lag or anything it just suddenly disconnects me then immediatley can reconnect me. There are several other devices however the glitch occurs even if nothing
else is on - again the 360 works absolutely fine with several devices on. I've tested the connection and it is fine and NAT open.

Getting Disconnected

For some reason when I play Arkham City it randomly disconnects me from Xbox Live anyone else having this problem?

I have the same exact problem as firewallcano. I've had this problem I believe since the last update, it's been over three weeks now, and this issue continues to effect my online gameplay. I've been on the forums periodically searching for a fix, because
I don't feel this is an issue on my side. I also see WAY too many other people experiencing the same issue for about the same length of time that I've been suffering with this problem. I've tried all of the same troubleshoot, problem solve it solutions that
others have (short of factory reset) to no avail. I've just recently tried clearing my Alternate MAC address, as some people in the community have suggest it to be a solution to this issue. Well two days later, today, it's started happening again. I was playing
Destiny and I got disconnected from online gameplay, then I was told to connect to Xbox Live. No issues with my Xbox 360, yet I am unable to reconnect to XBL on my X1 without hard resetting the console. I've also notice, each time this issue occurs, my Xbox
Live Status reads that my 'Purchase and Content Useage' is limited. For what reason, I have no idea, but I am unable to connect to XBL on my Xbox One each time.

In the beginning of the month of Febrary, I renewed my Xbox Live subscription for another 12 months. Since then , I've been experiencing nothing but disappointment with my Xbox Live service. This is probably my 5th time commenting on Xbox Support Forum post
about this issue with no reply back with a solution. I haven't created my own thread because like I've said, this issue has been common and there has been no need for my to create my own thread. I'm almost at the point of calling Xbox Support, but I feel they
will have me running through hoops and in circles before they realize the problem isn't on my end. Can someone, if you have a fix, please assist us with a proper solution.
