    xbox one randomly disconnects from xbox live


    Since i had my xbox one i had a problem that my xbox live randomly disconnects for about 20 seconds.

    The problem is when i am gaming and this happens the online game such as gta 5 also disconnects the lobby where i am playing in resulting in quitting half way in a mission and rejoining again.

    i have tried the usual stuff and i have had the xbox one installed in 2 different houses with good wifi and it still has the exact same problem.

    when the xbox live disconnects there is still wifi on other devices such as my phone, computer etc.

    i tried searching for people with the same problem with there xbox one but didn't find anyone so this is my last hope.
