Xbox One randomly disconnects from wireless network and controller

Hey everyone, please help

Whenever I'm doing something that requires an online connection such as playing a multiplayer game or being in a party chat, my xbox one will sometimes disconnect from my wireless network for a few seconds as well as my controller. This is very frustrating
because when it disconnects it boots me offline. If anyone can help, please do! Thank you.

Please post up the make and model of your wireless router?

If your wireles router support dual band (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz), state which band your Xbox One is connected to.

Which wireless channel is your wireless router using?

If 2.4 GHz, make sure you use 20 MHz for channel width, and not 40 MHz or 20/40 MHz.

As Bimnog suggested, try alter the position/location of your console, to see if you can get a clearer/stronger signal.

You may have to move the Xbox to test, but that is the only way to troubleshoot it...

If the issue persists, try power cycling the Xbox

Troubleshoot for Xbox One

Go up to the console and hold the power button until the console shuts down, and then unplug the power brick from the console, unplug the power brick, and also from the wall.

While everything is disconnected, hold the power button for about 3 seconds and do that about 3 times.

After that, then wait about 3 minutes before hooking everything back up!

I confirm. When I'm in a party chat I sometimes Quick Disconnects of Xbox Live.
