Xbox One randomly disconnects from Live

Okay, for three days now, i have been getting disconnected from Live out of no where. My internet is really good i have good stats:

Download Speed: 20.53 MB/S

Upload Speed: 4.75 MB/S

Packet Loss: 0%

MTU: 1480

Latency: 61 ms

Wireless Strength: 100%

This did happen a few times about 3 months ago. It was worse to. I would stay online for literally 5 seconds and then 2 seconds later..."connect to Xbox live" would pop up. It would just spam online then offline at the home dashboard. Someone please help
me or tell me why this is going on.

if you are using a gateway from your ISP , that's the issue most likely.....either way , list your modem and routers

model #'s .....
