    Xbox one random signal loss


    Just purchased a denon x2100w and have been having serious issues with my Xbox one losing signal. I can use the
    system normally but randomly certain parts of the GUI it will flicker black then turn off and lose signal for about 3 seconds then turn back on. Issue did not happen with my last Yamaha receiver.


    I've tried using new hdmi cables, not using arc ports, holding power button on my Xbox. I'm at a loss for why this receiver doesn't work with my box but I'm pretty confident its the Xbox and not the receiver as my ps4 has
    zero issues. Any ideas why this would happen? I recorded the issue and here is a video. As you can see I can use the Xbox normally but when I do certain functions in certain areas is cuts out. The different areas that cause the problem change also. For example
    today it happened at boot up and the Xbox would constantly lose signal and regain over and over.

    Ongoing issue with HDMI signal loss

    It is a 4K Premiium Certified cable, the xbox one had issues with hdr games and signal loss.

    The issue seams to be that the xbox is disconnecting its own hdmi input when connecting a laptop. It displays laptop screen a few seconds then says it lost signal. but just prior to the supposed signal loss I hear the hardware disconnected chime. (Windows

    When you are able to can you please send us a photo of what your connection stats look like on your console?

    Also, are you seeing any type of error message when this happens?

    Are you connected using a network cable or through WiFi?
