Xbox One Random Restarts

So I got an Xbox one last Christmas and it worked fine for about 5 or 6 months until this problem. I was playing a game and then all the sudden my controller disconnected and would not connect back to my xbox. I pressed the button on my xbox to sync the
controller but the light did nothing and nothing happened. The controller just stayed disconnected until my xbox decided that it wanted to let it connect again. I fixed this by using a wire which i find annoying because there is no vibration.

Another day, I was playing another game with my friends and all the sudden my xbox turned off and back on. I didnt think much of it at first, until it happened again and and again and again. It was unplayable. Every time i turned my xbox on it would freeze
on the startup screen and restart then freeze on the starting screen then do that same thing like a million times until it decides to work, and when it does, it only stays on for like 10 minutes before going back into that cycle again. Please help.

Hi there THEUKNOWN08! Sorry to hear about your restarting issues your having! Could you try and unplug EVERYTHING from the console including USB devices, power and A/V cables etc as if it just came out of the box then hold down/keep your finger on the
power button for about 5 seconds, leave everything unplugged for about 30 seconds, plug everything back in, then see if that resolves your issue? Thanks!

I've had it happen a few times to me during certain games. Normally a do a power cycle by holding the console power button (while it is on) for 8 seconds until it turns off, then wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Power cycling will clear the cache and
reset the network card. Don't think I've had it happen to me in a few weeks.
