Xbox One Random Freezes and Game problems

So,for example when I was playing Unity and i opened my mesages,my Xbox One froze and the only way to unblock it was to unplug its charger.Sometimes when I open the xbox and i press A to play a game it just makes the ''sound'' but it doesnt start and if
i close the Xbox One using the controller the console doesnt close,instead it keeps on with black screen.

Should I send it to repairs or is this sh*t an usual thing with this console?

Does your XBOX360 freeze?

I faced screen freeze problem 2 or 3 times, and it was because of the faulty game discs. But there are some other reasons that make your screen freeze while playing. Overheating is a most common reason. You may have a look in this article that explains it- Xbox Freezing Solutions.

Why would my Xbox 360 be freezing?

Lately I've been having some problems on my original Xbox 360 and some games that I play have been freezing at random spots most specifically the orginal Skate game and Oblivion. It's not too big of a deal just wondering why that might be. The games aren't scratched and I have more than enough room on the SDD.

 

I have had the odd hiccup with my Xbox One but nothing that you have mentioned here.

Have you tried hard resetting the console?

( When the console is on, hold the power button on front of console for about 5-10 seconds, once it shuts down, leave for a few minutes then turn it back on )

This usually sorts out most issues, well minor ones.

Unless someone else has any suggestions or the above doesn't solve it then I'd suggest giving Xbox Support a call, could be something quite easy to sort out before having to go down the route of sending it off for repair/replacement etc.

It's not usual no....Well definitely not for me anyway. Have you tried a hard reset to see if it cures it? Hold the power button on the console for around 10 seconds.

It just happens on random ocasions,for now i am not on it but a simple solution would be just to hard reset it?

 

Stop playing Unity and play a better game would be my first suggestion. Try that and then give us an update.

 

Unity is a good game and works well now.

 

AdriAn. yeah do a hard reset, it'll probably help.

 

Except Unity i also have BF4(both terrible games but meh) and it happened more often on Unity.Still,when it happens ill try to use your solution.

Have to say this is not something I have experienced. My XBox regularly crashes when playing music from a large library of several 10s Gbs, but never during or starting games.

I'm beginning to wonder about the MS Quality Control, as from some threads it seems like people have several differing experiences of XBO and how well it runs.

 

I only went with Xbox One because my friends went with it but i would have probably picked sony or,even better,a PC upgrade even though i have been using the X360 for like 4-5 years
