    Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2 codes not working

    Just bought an Xbox One Rainbow Six Siege bundle and I got two download codes for Rainbow Six Vegas and Vegas 2. The codes are active but I keep getting error messages.

    Never received rainbow six vegas 2 code

    I bought rainbow six siege gold edition and never received my codes for rainbow six vegas one or rainbow six vegas 2.

    Make sure you have a current Xbox Live Gold Subscription. If so, try signing out and signing back in and see if that works.

    I have tried that multiple times, i also noticed that it is happening on every other game i own, but only once i attempt multiplayer features. I have a current Xbox Live subscription, yet every time I try to play, all i see is 'get more with gold:

    X1 "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege" Digital Preorder - received wrong 2nd bonus content.

    I purchased the pre-order of Rainbow Six Siege for xbox one on September 24. As a bonus for pre-ordering this game, I was to receive codes for the two Rainbow Six Vegas games (1 & 2) playable on xbox 360.

    I received 2 messages today, one meant for each game. However, the code in both messages were the
    exact same, which was for Rainbow Six Vegas 1.

    I have no code to redeem for Rainbow Six Vegas 2.
