Xbox One Quick Start System

Hello ! First sorry for my English, i'm french.

So this is my problem:

I set my Xbox One X system on the Quick Start modus. So, normally, when i start my Xbox, the Xbox Dashbord appears immediately.

But since 2 weeks, when i push the Xbox Guide on my controller, nothing happens.

My Xbox One X doesn't start and i must push the "On" button on the front of my Xbox One X to start the system. Then, it start completely new, with the Xbox One X short video, and the Xbox Logo, and after 15 seconds, the dashbord appears.

What can i do ? I don't understand why this happens !

So, how do you perform quickstart? When I turn the console off,there's only a turn off option, and naturally, the star up time is long and I can't resume my paused game. How do you hibernate the unit?

I do your suggestions but i have the same problem.

I push the Xbox Guide button on my controller and my Xbox One X doesn't start. So i must push the "on" button on the front of the Xbox.

And another symptom : often, i push one time, it make a sound but nothing happen. The i push a second time and then the xbox starts. But it starts new again ! with the Xbox One X 4K short video and the Xbox logo.

Sorry to hear about your Xbox. We recommend you trying a
Factory Reset (preferably the option that allows you to keep your games and apps). Let us now how that goes!

After thoroughly reading your post I do have a few questions. When does this screen, shown above, appear on the console? Does it appear as soon as the dashboard loads? What happens when selecting "Resume"?

I would recommend plugging the controller in with a micro USB cable then
hard power cycle the console. Afterwards, start the console up as normal then unplug the controller. Let us know if the controller is able to turn the console on, please.

Worse Case scenario, the console would need a
Full Factory reset where it removes everything off the Xbox but lets try this first.
