XBox One Queue is full when trying to download XBox 360 Game.

I have an Xbox One with a Gold Subscription. Every month, when I try to download the free XBox 360 game I get this weird message about my purchase being successful but my download queue is full. NONE of the forums are helpful. I don't own a XBox 360. I
just want to play the game that I own on my XBox One. I have power cycled my Xbox, heck I turned it off and unplugged it for a week. NOTHING IS WORKING this is ridiculously frustrating. I have tried to go to the online queue, it shows nothing, same thing on
my XBox One.

Download Queue is Full

So backwards compatibility is great and all but now I keep being told my download queue is full so can't schedule downloads to my Xbox One from Xbox.com.

Turns out my download queue IS full. The queue is full of games waiting to download to my Xbox 360 which I haven't turned on since I got the Xbox One.

It'd be great if the download queue was emptied when the download took place on the Xbox One. Of course I can remove items from the queue manually but it is a step that shouldn't be needed.

"Download Queue Full" but nothing's there

Another possibility is that the Xbox 360 active download queue attached to your account is full. This happens when you purchase content for the classic avatars from the 360 era (not the new-generation
avatars which are still in preview) and backwards-compatible 360 games and have opted to download the content automatically. Even when purchased on the Xbox One or the website, claiming these items will fill the Xbox 360 download queue attached to your account.

If that's the case, then the Xbox 360 download queue is separate from the Xbox One download management system, and currently, the only way I am aware of managing Xbox 360 active downloads is from an Xbox
360 console.

If you do have access to a 360, just sign in with your account, press the Xbox button and tap the left bumper to the Games & Apps blade, go to "Active Downloads" and select the option to cancel all. That
will clear the queue. Clearing the queue does not affect content purchases; they're still yours.

I occasionally get the same message, and doing the above exercise resolves the issue for me. Currently, I'm not sure what can be done to clear the Xbox 360 download queue if you don't have access to a
360 console. There used to be a way to manage the 360 queue on the website, but I can no longer find it. And on the Xbox One, the 360 guide which is loaded when playing backwards-compatible games does not have the option to cancel active downloads.

Thanks for your post. Do you mind elaborating on what happens when you attempt to download these games? Have you attempted to install the backwards compatible games from the Xbox One's "Ready to Install" section? Do Xbox One games install normally compared
to the Xbox 360 games?

Where to see the queue of downloads for downloadable content-it is clear, with this question, I think no one has problems. But the question is that in this queue for downloads, does not appear and does not reflect the content with backward compatibility
xb360 that you want to download from the Microsoft store. Although confirmation of the completed purchase or the ability to download Trial version or Free buy is reflected after confirmation of payment from the payment card.

Free space on the console xb 1 x-enough.

that means with you don't have free space to Make a Game Install, you Need clean some things with you don't use to then make the Game install

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get more of these games to install unto your Xbox One X. I can totally understand how this could be perplexing. It seems to be that if you had a 360 at some point of time, that your account
could be still on there and all the active downloads for your account for digitally purchased games are full. I suggest acquiring access to a 360, signing into your account, and transferring your license to it. Once done, go to Games & apps>
Active Downloads and clear that.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

Do you mean that you've checked your download queue and there are no games or updates pending?
