Discus and support Xbox one purchasing content in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I would like to see an update come to the xbox one and xbox one s were when you go to the store you can add multiple items to a cart to purchase...     I would like to see an update come to the xbox one and xbox one s were when you go to the store you can add multiple items to a cart to purchase instead of having to purchase one game or addon at a time playstation does this I don't know why you can't on
    xbox so I would like to see it on xbox thanks for your time as a xbox insider have a good day

    I cannot buy games in the Xbox Store

    Hi Xgoan,

    There are two main reasons to why there may be difficulties purchasing Xbox 360 Backwards compatible content for your Xbox One.

    1) If you're trying to purchase the content with your Microsoft Account Credit it would only allow you to do so from an Xbox 360.

    2) If the account is a 'Child' account it would also block certain 360 content purchases to process out.

    you are better off going to uservoice.xbox.com and see if there is an existing thread and vote for it

    If none exist you can create an new thread

    Hey there howlingwolf23!

    Downloadable content and games are not compatible between the Xbox One console and Xbox 360 console. If you have purchased downloadable content for the Xbox 360 and would like to use it on the Xbox One, you will need to purchase it on the Xbox One.

    Yes, as I said, the content is showing purchased on the Xbox site, it is not purchased on the Microsoft site.

    I also said the content works on the 360, it does not work on the Xbox One.

    Sharing movies and TV shows on Xbox One will work the same way as Xbox 360. The Xbox Video content you purchased on Xbox 360 will be available to you on Xbox One, and if you purchased the video, you can freely roam to any Xbox One and Xbox 360 and watch

    When purchasing any Content (Full Game or Game Add-ons) via Digital Distribution a License is applied to two Locations. The Profile/ Account that purchased the Content and the Console (Console ID) it was purchased on and first Downloaded to.

    If one or the other does not exist the other can "vouch" for the missing License.

    For example, if Content is still on the original Console ID that the Content was purchased on it does not need the Profile that purchased the Content to be on that Console and any Profile will have Access to that Content.

    Now, if the Profile that purchased the Content is on a different Console ID it (Content) was purchased on it will require that Profile and that Profile only to have Access if the Profile is Signed-In to Xbox LIVE.

    If no Connection to Xbox LIVE is possible along with not being on the original Console ID the Content was purchased on, neither License is present and the Content will not be accessible.

    If the OP (or anyone else) is having a problem with Content and the License not associated with a Console ID they are trying to use while Offline, they will need to complete a License Transfer and Download that Content again (with the Profile that purchased
    it to begin with) on the "new" Console ID. Content Game Add-ons will not Load to a Console without at least one of the above License. A Game Save File will not operate or Load with Content that has no valid License on either the Profile or the Console ID.
