    Hello,

    I just recently purchased the xbox one, and today I am trying to get through the first initial xbox live update, yet it tells me there was a problem with the update. When I check my wired and/or wireless connection, it tells me 'it's all good, your consol
    is now connected to the internet' but I still cannot update or even access my xbox.

    I bought my today as well mate same is happening to me there is another thread asking same thing if you find what it is could you please let us know there is 2 other people on here that are having same problem as us I hope it gets sorted soon iv been waiting

    Same problem here - as annoying as it is I'm glad I don't need to pack this thing up and bring it back right now, too many pieces.

    When I called at two, they said hopefully by tonight. I dunno what that means. I mean I know to me it means by the evening... but who knows what it means in MS land

    It sounds like the cloud servers might be down (other threads complaining about service outages on xbox one) so, it's looking more and more like a widespread network issue
