Xbox One PSU Died. Still waiting for unit for nearly 1 month.

My PSU died on Dec 22 and I am still waiting for a replacement also.

just don't get the the VS versions of those PSU's, they are basically waiting to explode.

Ah yes, the VS are not well renowned for being great PSU's. Still, they're a lot better than a $36 no name power supply unit.

I've had two power supplies fail on me in my 25 years of gaming on PC's. The first one had a cheap PSU, this was back before I built my own systems or even knew how to build my own. It blew with flash and nice puff of smoke and took nearly everything. I think the only components to survive were the HDD and one of the two RAM modules. Everything else was dead.

The other failed power supply was on old PC I'd being using on and off. It failed through old age though. Although it was about 7 years old.

sorry a delay in replying but yes i am using hdmi i will try normal connection the psu unit seems to work normally with reguards to to lights but yes this psu has never been replaced it is still the original one

Same here! I was told by Customer Support that my Power Supply Unit was defective and had to send it for repairs. It's taking forever for them to send me a new PSU. Assuming if it qualified: I would have sent the whole Xbox One Package and get it replaced
in 2 business days under the "Advanced Replacement" program instead of waiting for the usual repair on my PSU.
