Discus and support Xbox One PSU Died. Still waiting for unit for nearly 1 month. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I sent off my PSU on 12/21. Called MS last week for a status.     Same here! I was told by Customer Support that my Power Supply Unit was defective and had to send it for repairs. It's taking forever for them to send me a new PSU. Assuming if it qualified: I would have sent the whole Xbox One Package and get it replaced
    in 2 business days under the "Advanced Replacement" program instead of waiting for the usual repair on my PSU.

    Hi. I would like to know where can I find a XBOX One PSU (Power Supply Unit) to use in Singapore (220V-50Hz).

    Bought my Xbox One in the USA and its PSU is 110V only.

    I'm looking for the original PSU, not any cheap aftermarket ones.

    My PSU died on Dec 22 and I am still waiting for a replacement also.
