    Xbox One PSN Help!!


    Today my son downloaded the Cold War game on his Xbox One. Once downloaded the game was already at my prestige level and usinh my gamer tag.

    when he logged into his xbox it kicked me off my playstation.

    our accounts are not linked or connected anyway. He has bought and downloaded games in tye past without any issues.

    can someone please help me figure out what is going on and why he and I have this issue.

    currently we can not both play, because for some reason when he nought the game on the xbox, the game loaded with all my playstation information.

    i have no clue how that is even possible

    Thank you for the reply... ttat was the problem. I did not know those had to be separate. Good news, i got our accounts fixed. Bad news, I did it wrong and had to create a new account for me.

    my son gets all my progress at prestige 27 and i now have to start over... at least we are fixed

    Seeing as psn and xbox both won't allow you to change the age you can only adjust it on ea to match xbox-one or psn or just use another account
