Xbox one promo code in amazon/microsoft store

Hello xbox support,

I participated throught the promotional event between microsoft and amazon, the gamerscore event, but one months later i don't received my code for forza horizon 2, the xbox support tell me to wait again and again, i just want my code for forza horizon 2 because
i've met the conditions to receive it, it is not normal for me and it degrades the image of the Xbox brand, it's shameful!

I hope anyone has a solution because I am not alone in this case, and it becomes annoying to run after a code that comes to mind right...

Problem with Promo code

I ordered Sea of Thieves through Amazon and received a promo code for the Black Dog Pack. I redeemed it on my computer in the Microsoft Store, but can't find anything on my Xbox One. How do I get the Black Dog Pack to show up in the game?

 

I have received an invalid promo code for trading in my 360. Help!

Chat with Microsoft Store customer support (calling didn't resolve it). They escalated it to a different dept and they provided a new promo code in 3 business days. The promo code works on all the Xbox One systems and promotional bundles as well.

 

i hope don't have to wait again and again like in the chat support to receive my digital copy of forza horizon 2.. it's not normal, microsoft doesn't respect the commitment... it's scandalous to come there to receive what was to come back to me than a month
ago!
