    Xbox one profile years/age badge not updating


    So my account turned 2 years old about 1-2 months

    when i visit my profile the badge is still 1 year old

    but when i visit the deals with gold page its says my profile is 2 years old

    so how can i update it? Been waiting for it to update more than a month

    :)

    Xbox LIVE badges not showing up

    Not sure if I'm correct here but when I view my profile on the Xbox One I don't have a badge that displays how many years I have been with Xbox LIVE.

    When I view any friends profiles they all have a green badge. Is there a problem or its just does not display when you view your own profile? (I have been with Xbox for years).

    eligibility of the NXE Beta Badge?

    There isn't a badge for being on Xbox for 12 years and no you are not eligible for any badge. Apologies if you were mistakenly heard from someone you are eligible for a badge on your profile.

    The badge will update on it's own you'll need to be patient for that.

    Same thing is happening to me.

    My account should have turned 10 back in February yet it is still stuck at "9." It'd be cool if it would change to 10 sometime just for the bragging rights.

    This happens to me every year for about a week then it comes back, but usually with an added year. This year however, it disappeared for a week and came back but it still says 12 when it should now be 13. Hopefully it updates properly.
