Xbox One Profile Switching Error

Whenever I try to switch my profile now, I just get a dim screen and it sits there until an error pops up. The only way to change my profile, is to hard reset the xbox and then it works again for about an hour and I have to do it again. A
link to the gif I took of it on the Xbox PC app. Any help would be appreciated but I mostly feel like it's an end of xbox life error tbh.

Got glitches?

Have you ever "broken" any of the games you were playing in terms of a save file or something else? I once forgot to login to the correct profile while playing Prison Break, and when I realized the error and switched profiles, it corrupted my save file to being on normal mode, when I was originally playing on advanced!

Try deleted the accounts from the xbox. Then clear the cache also. Do this by holding the power button for 10 seconds. Unplug the console at the wall for 30 seconds. Re start the console and add the two accounts again. Hopefully that should clear
the issue. Good luck.

I reset the cache and it's not a matter of switching accounts that's the issue. It's that the xbox guide will not open, as shown in the gif.

You said that this only happens when you switch accounts, correct? Are you trying to switch profiles while in a game, or on the Dashboard? Do you get this error any time you switch profiles, or only while in a game? If so, which game(s)?

Also, can you sign in to all accounts properly, or is there one that stands out. For example, if you have four accounts, but one is always being switched to or from when the error pops up, and the other three can swap freely with no error, that would help us
narrow down the cause. Let me know, thanks!
