    So I got an update for my Xbox one and my profile started all the way over like I didn't have one. There's a new gamertag and I have no game data on this one. I don't know what's going on.

    AC Origins just appeared in my Library?

    Is your profile the only profile on the Xbox? Are you the only one that uses that Xbox?

    you created a new account.

    You need to log in with the correct email to access your original account.

    I had a similar problem trying to play CoD Black Ops 3 offline not too long ago. I had no internet but could still get my downloaded CoD to play. I guess If it cant sync your profile and you save anything to your empty one offline that becomes your updated
    profile. My friend lost all his achievements and saved game data that way, only reason I didn't is cause I didn't want to play without all my saved data and waited till I got back online to play. It was same console, both our live accounts on it, he played
    I didn't.
