Xbox one profile pic

I have a second account on my Xbox one and im having trouble changing the profile picture. it says I need to be older and im certain that my account is an adult account, but im still having issues.

Anyone know anything that could solve my problem? thanks.

New profile page just *** my gamer pic

On the NXOE, I clicked in the new profile page to show my avatar. I did not change my gamer pic, nor did I click to change my gamer pic, nor was there any warning to say my gamer pic was being changed. I just said it could show my avatar on my profile
page. NOW, my old xbox 360 gamer pic is no longer showing up, and when I click not to show my avatar in my profile it makes me pic a new gamer pic from the crappy xbox one ones. I am LIVID. I had a pretty rare Noble Team gamer pic that few people use (I've
never seen on anyone else) and now my frigging gamer pic on my xbox one is my avatar's face. I DIDN"T CHANGE MY GAMERPIC FOR A REASON. There's no warning, no comment about "This will change your gamer pic" or "This will permanently change your gamer pic,"
it's just a side button that says "show avatar on your profile."

I would like my gamer pic fixed, and put some *** warnings on something that's going to permanently alter your profile and something you've had for YEARS.

Avatar Gamer picture won't change and save

Also, as ^ was my first post, I notice that the profile pic on my "card" is the one I've made with Xbox 360. When I use Xbox One and xbox.com website, I see a different pic, and I can't change that (via Xbox One or website).

Hey there Dishokage,

Currently this feature is only available for accounts that are classified as "Adult". Child or Teen accounts are unable to use this feature.

You'd need to wait until the account reaches the age of majority in your country before this feature will be available.

Any custom profile pic need to be approved by the Xbox live enforcement team. So if the don't approve the pic, will not be applied to your profile

I am actually a bit bummed out that my 360 gamer pic (bowtie cat) won't show on my xbox one profile pic. No way to select the old images

That aside, it is rather silly that no xbox one info is shown in the forums here.

I was able to customize my background (it's the same pic as my profile pic) by downloading the image directly to my Xbox One and then setting it as my background. I just put the image on a flash drive then plugged it into the Xbox USB and downloaded it
to my Xbox.
