Xbox One Profile, Nothing will UPDATE..

Hi, My Xbox One profile will not update, Nothing is changing.. The videos i create via ''Upload Studio'' won't even go on the news feed.. Apparently my xbox think's i play only Battlefield because my top games won't even load..

I uninstalled my profile, Hard re-set, deleted some games and EVERYTHING possible, And still nothing.. I thought it worked but tried creating another video and no one can view it.

I have made sure my settings are set for everyone to view my videos and status updates, but still nothing.

This issue started just after my communication ban was lifted.. (I got it for no reason, but hey that's a different issue.) , I noticed no one knew i was online, No one saw my videos or statuses.. So, I think this issue isn't a problem with me, But Microsoft.


If this problem continues, I will have no other choice but to move to another gaming platform, As i enjoy gaming communitys.. And with this issue i feel like i am a ghosts and no one knows who i am...

Please help me with this issue, It has been going on long enough..

Why can't I play my X1 offline?

I had to update it in order to do anything, I even have to go online to create a profile. Not everyone that gets a Xbox One has internet...

 

Problem with my profile "360" on Xbox one and backward compatibility

T bone are you able to see my video?

I am "happy" to know that other people have same error, because i try every solution: cancel my profile, use a new profile, ri-download my profile on Xbox one and also on 360.

Nothing work, nothing have sense.

I try to play a new title on 360 and do some achivements, to test if my profile on Xbox one is update and yes, it is. So my profile Gandino is the same on every Xbox.

I can cancel from One my profile and download again, my NAT is open and internet connection works fine. What' the problem when i play 360's games?

Sorry to hear about the issue! We definitely are here to help, you're no ghost to us! Now seeing you have tried a lot of troubleshooting already, I recommend trying your profile on a different console if possible. This will help us find the root of the issue.
If you cannot try that, the next thing to try would be a factory reset. To factory reset your console, follow the steps below. Keep in mind restoring your Xbox One to factory defaults will remove all data and games installed on the hard drive, just like if
it were a brand new console.

• Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
• In the Settings menu, select 'System'.
• From here, navigate to the Storage group and select 'Restore factory defaults'.
  

Post back and let us know if you are able to try your profile on a different Xbox One console or if the reset helps!

I can't try it on another Xbox One since none of my friends have one, But i did try the Factory re-set and still nothing! It is also the same on my Xbox One App.. Nothings shows up. So i have a feeling it's no my Xbox doing this, But Microsoft from there
end.

 

Yerp, Enforcement team has done this to me.. Xbox One support said it was an issue on there side..

Nobody in their right minds would restore back to factory settings. It never fixes anything ever.
