Xbox One profile keeps getting signed out WHILE OFFLINE

Before anybody tells me to redownload my profile, I have been playing Skyrim offline for a while now. Offline as in my xbox one is NOT connected to a network. So why in the world does my profile keep getting signed out mid-game? This causes me to go back
to the title screen without a chance to save, sometimes losing progress that required pure luck to obtain.

My profile has never been signed into another console, and even if it were, I believe there should be no chance that it should affect me as I am OFFLINE. Think about it. Clearly a console-sided issue. Microsoft support only gives me super generic responses
like telling me to power cycle, or redownload my profile (I repeat, again, I am OFFLINE.) So now I'm having to jump through ridiculous hoops navigating this website hoping to find at least get an answer as to WHY this is happening. At this point I'm close
to giving up on Xbox sadly, as ever since I've had an Xbox One I've been encountering nothing but issues and getting little-to-no useful help from the Microsoft support team, which appear to be mostly automated chatbots.

If the use of an Xbox One REQUIRES a constant internet connection to use, I will likely stop putting any money into this console or any games for it. That's a waste of a console considering my preference for playing offline, which I have multiple reasons
for.

If there's any way to fix this issue other than being pawned into getting YET ANOTHER CONSOLE (this is my 3rd, the first 2 Ones I purchased BOTH had defective disc drives) please let me know. I'm close to smashing everything Microsoft in my house with a
hammer.

signed out?

My wife and I have been playing games together for a while. Recently however whenever we startup any game or app her Xbox profile gets signed out for no reason with mine still signed in. Its not getting kicked offline its signed out all together. Is there
some setting issue or perhaps just a bug? It happens whenever we change from one thing to another even returning to the dashboard results in her being signed out with me being unaffected. She's not banned or anything of that nature... Any thoughts?

 

Roaming profiles and offline achievements

If they played it while offline, nothing would happen to your account unless they signed into Xbox Live on that console with that profile. There is no way for the account to update unless that console that played it offline signed in into Xbox Live.
