Xbox one profile hacked and cant access anymore

So I got onto one of my main accounts & it says my password was wrong, so I sent in a request to make a new password. I set my profile to two-step Verification before this for safety, but don't have access to the phone number anymore. I ended up losing
the Recover Code a while back and now I'm not sure what to do.

so i ended getting in contact with your support team, turns out the account got hacked, it was a microsoft account, im not sure when or how this happened as i can still access the microsoft account but i cant access the xbox profile attatched to it

I cant access them anymore so i was going to try and delete my profile and add it back to the xbox because it hasn’t been updated in a while since i have been playing in my new gen xbox

Ok i got to the persons xbox live account and this is the persons account who hacked me. I cant sign in to sirpepperco anymore now.

i cant go to my account i need to accept the new terms and conditions when i do this my parents also need to do this on my xbox account but my mom cant use that hotmail account anymore because she got hacked or something now im stuck and cant go on xbox
live anymore or change the settings of my account to adult
