Xbox one profile errors.

Wow, I have to say I have never seen that error before. I've seen bugs where it will show multiple avatars from different friends overlayed on top of each other at once. If you try a hard reset/power cycle and it still hasn't corrected this, and possibly
removing your profile from the Xbox and then re-adding it, and none of that is helping, then I would say it's just a bug on Xbox's end and you may just have to wait it out until it fixes itself. These sorts of bugs do usually fix themselves on their own and
in some cases, there isn't much you can do on your end, unfortunately.

For some reason my gamertag keeps showing twice, i've deleted and readded my account 3 times to my xbox and its still showing twice. In a party chat my gamertag pops up twice in the overlay.. My account is the only one doing this as i have my partners on
my xbox and his is fine.

Not sure what's happened, it was ok a few days ago.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
