    XBOX ONE profile can't download - help


    I'm trying to get my 360 profile onto the xbox one, so i type in my gamertag and it asks for the password.

    No matter what, it says the password is incorrect, even though i know for sure it is correct. I even just used

    it to sign into this forum, but the xbox one refuses to accept its correct and i'm left with no gamertag on my

    xbox one... any suggestions? or do I have to call the support thing

    I can't download my account

    Im also having trouble with my Netflix account getting associated with my Xbox Live one, so I decided to delete my profile, so when I try to download it again I can't, it says :can't download profile, try again later. Please help!

    I got it to work again by resetting my console. Kind of frustrating but happy it's fixed now.
