Xbox One Problems

Ive had my Xbox One for nearly 1 and a half years now and ever since I've bought it I've had many problems with it. (I bought the Xbox brand new from Walmart so no it isn't because it was old and already used). At first these were issues
that could be fixed by a reset but now I've tried everything and nothing seems to work please help. My first problem is that some pages such as the community page refuse to load. Secondly when ever try to boot up a game it says it took to long to start and
when it does manage to boot up it than says that the game has to synchronize but it never does and the game forces me to play offline. Also when I picked up my Xbox to move to a different location I heard look parts inside around the disk area. Next is a problem
with multiplayer games. Even though my wifi isn't that good it still should be good enough to play multiplayer games smoothly yet it doesn't. I find it weird that some of my friends have slower wifi and somehow there games run much smoother than mine. These
problem are ruining my gaming experience. Lastly this is less of a system problem but the other day I went into the settings of the Xbox and went into the system settings. From there I went console info. In there is an option to reset the console. There is
a button that says "Reset and keep my games & apps" I clicked the button as a last resort to getting my console working once again. Nothing got fixed and now I'm left without my game save files. Is there anything I can do to recover those lost save files.
Please any help would be extremely helpful and thank you.

Hey GrottyGiraffe7! Is the console in the Preview Program? That may be the cause of the community page and taking too long issues. For the disc drive sounding like there are loose parts you will need to have the console repaired which you can do
here or by calling support

here. For the Wifi, please post up your

After watching a few guides I fixed most of my problems including my WiFi. Pages now load and the dashboard is much smoother. Besides the loose parts in which I hope to get repaired soon I only have one more issue. This is that whenever I start up a game
a sync loading bar shows up and after a few minutes the message "We couldn't get your latest saved data" shows up. I've tried so many things but nothing works. Under that message it says try again (does same thing) or use offline. I've reset the console so
many times and I don't know what else to do. Any answers???
