Xbox One problems

My fiancé purchased an xbox one console for me, for Christmas. I was beyond excited, over the holiday Microsoft was attacked by a DDOS server hack. Since then I have had nothing but problems with my console. I check the service status almost hourly to
make sure the problem can be fixed on my end. But I have tried everything. My xbox most times won't allow me to log in. If by chance I do log in, I either can't play my games because it won't sync, or I can play but I won't be able to access features. I bought
TitanFall and killer instinct (this game is the main reason I bought an Xbox console) but I am unable to play them for the most part. I have a wireless connection, but when I check my speeds as well as NAT type they are all passed the necessary requirements
for me to be able to play. I'm also not able to stream videos from my hulu account or any other third party streaming app. Considering I don't have cable, this is my only way of watching television so without that I literally have nothing. I hope I can get
some answers because I am really trying to be supportive of Microsoft and what they do

i also am having problems with freezing and then having to do a hard start, has this happend to anyone else I mean wtf where is the r and d team here.

 

same here i pass all the necessary requirements but most of the time it wont let me sign in and if it does i cant do anything .

Sorry to hear about the sign in issues, I can definitely understand how frustrating that could be. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted:

• First, remove your profile from your Xbox One console.
  
• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
• Power on your console and try adding your profile again.
  

Give the suggested steps a try and let us know the results.

 

Had some of these same problems and has now advanced to xbox will not boot to the green splash screen. Startup or in some time when the light is on even give an indication that it is sending a signal to the TV when powered on.

I have an Xbox One with Master Chief downloaded and AC Unity on disc, they worked fine until about two days ago where Halo began to crash on title screen and AC unity would crash as soon as I went anywhere near multiplayer, I've done hard resets, re downloaded
games and deleted my profile but nothing works, any help would be much appreciated in order to fix this issue, thanks.

 

The other day there was a power cut, and i was on my xbox. When i manahed to get back on all my saved data was gone and i now cant save any games , i have spoken to support and they told me to post what happened on here to see if anyone had a solution..
