XBOX ONE - Problems STORE and Community

I have a problem with my XBOX ONE . If I go on the Store and Community and all disappeared . The connection is all right and I can download games entering the search games. What and disappeared altogether chat community and the Store where there is all the
initial advertising . I can't understand what happened. If step by STORE appears nothing and does not give me any kind of bug report error or no connection. If step even in the same community . How can I solve the problem ?

Yes I do have gold, never had problems with Xbox One purchases and also tried from PC from the Xbox Store.

AM really baffled at this one to be honest.

Sometimes when XBox LIVE or your ISP is having trouble you don't see all the options.

When this happens sometimes you just have to wait until it improves and this can take sometimes as long as a day.

 

Happens to me too a lot. Just wait 5 minutes or reset your console bro! technical difficulties do happen with Xbox live sometimes and they do get fixed ASAP by the great employees of Microsoft!

 

I hope Microsoft resolved quickly, the situation . Also because people like me who paid the XBOX ONE . And also pay a subscription to Xbox LIVE. And we all want the service to work . With XBOX 360 all sti problems did not exist. Instead with the XBOX ONE
and that new generation has a lot of attention problems . The product has been paid, as well as the subscription and must work . If not you call scam .

 

it aint a scam, services can get issues, if you read the terms you agreed to when signing for live or when opening the box for the console you would know they cover for these kinds of issues, but the issue your getting is usually down to your isp, restart
the console may fix it if not restart your router.

 

1) All these various tests you had already been made.

2 ) If it was that kind of problem, how come all of a sudden it worked and then disappeared and everything?

3 ) Why putting the XBOX 360 not no problem?

The controls of my ADSL line has been made and it works . My ADSL only works with the XBOX 360. Here we talk with XBOX ONE at the end on the functions of a HOME PAGE . And I emphasize once again if it is not clear. This is about a new generation . That since
the last update from problems .

 

It has nothing to do with ISP or router, it's just a terrible dashboard. If the home page loads empty with pins missing etc hold LT + RT and press Y to manually refresh it, in most cases that will fix it.

 

it aint the dash as i and millions of others dont get these issues, i personally have never had the store or pins fail to load, and yes it can be down to your connection, what is your nat like open or strict, you see if i am not having this issue and others
are not then it cannot be live that is causing it or the dash, could be the internet as it is under tremendous stress these days.

 

So you don't get it so it must be my end? Ok then why is TA, Reddit, GAF etc full of threads about this happening? Does everybody posting about it have crap internet? I'm on 200meg fibre, my nat is open and this happens all the time, not to mention all my
notifications barely function with this new dash, is that my ISP's fault too?

 

well there must be something at fault as i don't have any of those issues and i have been using this xbox since day of release. im also on fibre and my nat is open and i have never had the store or pins fail to load unless there is an issue with live and
it shows it on the xbox live status page. And probably most of those people on the forums with issues equate to a small minority. how often does your store page or pins not load, might be time for a factory reset to see if that resolves your issue, if that
does not resolve the issue then there is only 2 thing remaining the hardware or your network.

Why on XBOX 360 it works fine and rather on XBOX ONE not work?

If it was a problem or router or line I would have the same problem.

 

because the 360 uses different server technology, the one uses the azure cloud services.

 

Xbox Live connection problems: Every time I start my xbox one can not connect to Xbox LIVE. I have to disconnect and reconnect to my account three times to enter the XBOX LIVE . But what is happening? My internet connection works perfectly .
