Xbox One Problems! PS4 FTW!

My biggest problem i have had was buying this pile of ***, nothing seems to staty working. My controller shuts off and upon restarting it dosent work nor does the $.50 headset microsft supllied with the xbox one. I am seriously thinking about returning this
consle and going with Sony's PLAYSTATION 4. I have heard good things about the PS4 and the Xbox one so i decided to go with the One bc i had a 360 prior to buying the ONE. I guess i should have went with my gut and got the PS4. The Xbox one potental, first
thing that needs to go is this god awful dashboard. Windows 8 was a complete *** fail so why include the basic s of it in the xbox ONE. I would rather see Windows 98 on the ONE then this pile of *** you call a product.
