Xbox one problems and 0 help

I do not know where to post this or care to look at this point. Anyways, my account got signed in elsewhere and my password got changed not allowing me to sign in. No one knows my password or account information. Which leads me to believe that I got hacked
along with this I received an email today saying it has been suspended for modding. Since the closest game store is an hour away I decided to buy all my games from the xbox store. Which I spent over 400$ in games plus the 500$ xbox itself. Since I bought all
my games on the account that got banned I cannot even play them which I could have if I bought the disk, hence xbox team making it that way was a terrible idea. I'm not mad at my account being gone, even though I just renewed my xbox live service for 60$ I'm
mad at the fact I spent 400$ in games that I can't even play. I would love any help anyone has to offer

U might b the HACKER.... but go to Microsoft.com, sign in (use forgot password) answer security questions and that will reset your Xbox account. "U didn't know they are the same.... did u???"
