    Xbox One - Problem with Data


    I'm playing on the Xbox One at Gears of War 2. I understand that the data in the cloud is corrupted and so I can not play anymore. I tried to delete the data but on the Xbox One you can only delete the data locally defined as "reserved space", but at each
    access are downloaded again. There is no possibility, as for Xbox One games, to delete data in the cloud, that is "everywhere". How can I solve?

    problem with data

    hello guys yesterday I was playing battlefield 1 and everything was good but the next day I put the game, the whole data was gone, I lose everything and I don't want to play the whole story again.

    do you know how I could recover the data? thanks for you attention and sorry for my bad english

    I lost 4 months of progress.

    The problem is that the data contained in the xbox one does not coincide with the data in the cloud xbox live. For this reason, xbox fitness restarts.

    I am surprised that Microsoft continues to offer a service so poor to their consumers.

    Well it went from being not corrupted and totally fine according to the xbox that then copied 7 gigs of data onto it, to not working in the time it took to swap hard drives. That's an xbox problem, not a flash drive problem. And as far as copying it, yes
    I would have done that but it wasn't an option, the xbox said "This is now configured to work completely brilliantly with your xbox, move data?" which I did, unaware that not only would it remove the data from the original hard drive, but also make it unable
    to put it on the new one. I don't appear to be alone in this problem, and it seems no-one from microsoft cares to even offer a solution or rectify the problem. Not happy.

    Ok guys I had the same issue and took the following steps:

    1. Delete saved game data from xbox one. Did not fix problem.

    2.delete saved game data from everywhere. Did not fix problem started new save game data. No fix.

    3.deleted entire game and any updates. Reinstalled/downloaded. Kept save data. Problem fixed.

    In short. Uninstaller and delete game including updates. Keep your saved game data. Redownload and reinstall. This worked for me.

    It's a problem on your console...

    Make another tenative, try deleting the local data related to the game (not the Cloud, but only "Delete from console"). It could also be a problem with data synchronization.
