    I've had just about enough of this now, I've had my Xbox One since December last year and all I've had is problems.

    Basically when I'm playing every so often my remote will disconnect even when batteries are full and will sign me out of xbox live and then I will try to reconnect the remote and the light will come on in the middle but I can't do anything and when it does
    finally work I can't get back onto Xbox live. And this happens every time I play my Xbox ranging from immediately after I start or a few hours and after that it's impossible to play and I have to restart the console several times. I've tried looking for answers
    online and haven't found any. Whether I'm playing a game, on Youtube or Twitch or something this problem happens every time.

    I've had this since I bought it. I've tried new remotes and that didn't solve the problem in the slightest. It's impossible to feel like I can play online without this happening. Even when I'm playing single player offline this problem happens and just sends
    me to Xbox Home and quits the game. It's ridiculous I've tried everything.

    I usually use a wireless remote and wireless internet connection to my Xbox. I've recently tried plugging in my wireless controller in which is ridiculous I don't buy a wireless controller for nothing! And plugging in an ethernet cable but this hasn't solved
    the problem. I really need advice on this matter as it's driving me insane and making my Xbox One unusable. I've had this since December 2014 and I've barely been able to use the *** thing due to this *** problem which is ridiculous.

    Basically Microsoft fix your *** products before release or give me some advice to help with my problem because it seems like I'm the only one having this issue and that is ***. I highly doubt I'd be able to return it considering how faulty it is and it's
    had nothing to do with me using it as it happened almost immediately when I unboxed it.

    No offense but why wait close to year to rant about an issue, call support. If there was an issue they would have you send you it back for repair or replacement. I had an issue with instant on freezing my whole system where I had to unplug and plug back
    in every single time. After the 3rd or 4th time I called support. Sent me a new Xbox One issue resolved.

    Sorry to hear your having issues with your console, As technrd stated why not send it in for
    repair? since your warranty is almost up you should really consider it so you can get the issue resolved before you need to pay to have it repaired. Best of luck Xbox One problem (URGENT) :)

  6. First have you tried to update you controller as they have updates just like xbox itself does and they are for fixing problems not just improving . And if you have then try a factory reset before sending it off for repair as it can fix issues and monitor
    it for day or so and then if its still there get it sent off before warranty is over.

    First have you tried to update you controller as they have updates just like xbox itself does and they are for fixing problems not just improving . And if you have then try a factory reset before sending it off for repair as it can fix issues and monitor

    will there be a patch for the 50hz/60hz problem ?

    Unboxed my new Xbox One today and was really disappointed to discover this problem. Tempted to just send it straight back. I can't believe Microsoft didn't see this problem, or if they did, couldn't care less about UK customers. It needs a fix urgently.
