    post update from my xbox one i have a big problem with my save game and application on my profile. Whet i prove to start the game o application present to my the first screen and close!!!!! but i haven't the post code erro because the xbox one don't prenset
    to my.

    As indicated in the first post I had this problem since day one, the problem is not related to any particular update.

    Not what the problem . But the problem is that after updating the software XBOX One some applications and games do not start.

    Odd as i'm not aware of any updates for non preview members recently.

    Try deleting & redownloading the app or game.

    Don't delete both saves,just the save on your console,not the cloud save.

    New Problem XBOX ONE update : Are 4 times that I download the update of 3.9 giga .And all this possible.Which means that every time I want to play with my Xbox I will have to dump me the 3.9 giga.But what you are doing?

    Hey mauretto63,

    If you have continually received updates since you've first posted this thread, that would indicate you're in the Xbox One preview program. Quick way to check, do you see 'My games & apps' in the upper right hand side of your Xbox One dashboard?

    In addition, could you post your Xbox One OS version number up as well? You can find that by navigating to 'All settings' from the Xbox One guide, and then select 'Console info & updates' within the 'System' tab.

    Today, oddly enough the problem has solved itself .

    12 entered updates that continue . in a few days . But how many updates we still have to suffer? I have already installed 12 . But it can all these updates of the XBOX ONE software.

    Hey mauretto63! I can confirm you are in the preview program. If you'd like to un-enroll you will need to download the
    Xbox preview dashboard app. If you have any trouble un-enrolling you will need to post in the
    Preview Program Registration Support forum. Thanks!
